The Fostering Hope: Transitioning into Adulthood Program

Fostering Hope is a comprehensive program designed to support children aging out of foster care, providing them with stability, belonging, and optimism. By addressing the unique challenges faced by foster youth, the program offers emotional support, educational assistance, and access to essential services, creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive. Fostering Hope supports youth ages 15-22 as they transition from the foster care system to independent living. Unlike traditional mentoring programs, Fostering Hope offers individualized services tailored to each participant’s needs and goals, facilitated by a dedicated adult advocate.
