38Daphne Mace

GAL since February 2013

Who doesn’t love a donut when they are having a bad day? Daphne, an approved GAL transporter, is known for taking her children for donut trips to spend time with them and lift their spirits on the days they need it the most!

Certified in February 2013, Daphne has exemplified an unwavering commitment – visiting her children twice or more each month. Always diligent with her reports and follow-ups, Daphne is a beam of light for the many GAL’s who tirelessly give their time and dedication to the unfortunate children who have been abused, neglected and/or abandoned at the hands of the adults they once relied upon.

For these reasons, Daphne is one of November’s “Volunteer Spotlight!”
